“Joe gave us such a great day! He is so talented at personalizing experiences and so knowledgeable about the places we toured. We started in Avignon at the Palace of the Popes. When you enter they hand you a tablet that gives you the information written on French-only signs translated to your native language. Also on this tablet is a 3D representation of the room you are in. If you scroll around the 3D, some of the rooms have dots you can hit for extra information.
