“Very disappointed with this agent. We booked and paid, but the tour operator contacted us 1 day before on our cruise to change the date because we were the only people on the tour. We couldn’t change I said but she said not to cancel. We arrived at port in a rainy stormy start to the day and were 15 minutes late. No internet off the ship. We saw no signage and waited for 1 hour before going to an Internet cafe to ring the tour guide who had already left. I requested a refund from Viator but they blatantly would not listen to my reasons and ignored my request…”
