We saw no signage and waited for 1 hour before going to an Internet cafe to ring the tour guide who had already left. I requested a refund from Viator but they blatantly would not listen to my reasons and ignored my request…”

“This was a really fun tour - you have to have some experience because the route is challenging at times. In town the traffic is challenging, and outside of town it is hills (some steep) and gravel. Our group of 9 people was mixed in athletic ability. Some really enjoyed the challenges and some were a little stressed. The ones who were more experienced raved about the tour. The views are incredible, our tour guide Martin was great. We did not stop for snacks or water although there was a spout at one stop. Bring water and snacks because you will get a good workout!
